Custom is Our Speciality
Need a custom frame, custom banner stand, custom poster frame, or any other custom graphic hardware?  Custom is our speciality. Digital print solutions are not one size fits all, and neither is hardware.   

Testrite is very unique, in that we are US Made, and manufacturer direct.  Since we are the manufacturer, it gives us a unique advantage because it is extremely easy for us to help customers when they have a custom need.  

Whether you choose something from our standard list of sizes, or if you need some aspect of your hardware customized, we make it all at our US based manufacturing facility in Hackensack, New Jersey.  This means much faster lead times, no waiting for imported products, and our in-house design team is at your disposal to work with clients on custom designs.  

Product Prototypes 
In order to produce a new custom piece of hardware, there are two things that are involved: CAD drawings and prototypes.  Testrite often recommends a prototype for approval before we proceed with custom orders to ensure that the custom product will meet your needs. We often co-invest in the cost of these prototypes to encourage your seeing how great the solution we’ve developed is for your application.

Testrite has a talented team of inhouse designers that can help with the prototyping process.  In fact, we can often have a prototype ready for approval quicker than most customers can prepare a CAD Drawing.  Many prototypes can be sent via courier or overnight mail within 48 hours.  

Our solution oriented staff, efficient prototype production, and quick custom lead times help digital printers expand their product offering, be more profitable, and create the best customer experience.  

QuickShip Solutions
Testrite visual has thousands of product skus, but we have narrowed down our most popular products into the Testrite QuickShipTM  program .  This extensive selection of quickship products includes easels, telescopic tubing, sign holders, banner stands, snapgraphics, pamphlet holders, mightee mounts and more.  

Digital printer customers can get their order in by 2:30 PM EST and products can ship the same day*.  They will receive full electronic order processing communication, including order confirmation, invoicing, and tracking information.

Website Integration

Fulfillment 
One of the most valuable services Testrite offers its digital print partners is fulfillment. At our warehouse and manufacturing facilities in Hackensack, NJ we have staff on hand to package print orders with the associated hardware.  This process is very well organized and executed and we have conducted thousands of fulfillment orders for small and large projects.  

When our clients provide the graphics, Testrite fabricates the hardware with protecting the graphic in mind, then our logistics team will package and ship the final products to the end client.  We offer Blind ship and dropship solutions. Our fulfillment department is extremely scalable so we can fulfill dozens of orders or hundreds of orders making it easy to fulfill nationwide brand roll outs very quickly.   

Our ability to kit graphics and hardware together help minimize print fulfillment costs to save our digital print clients a tremendous amount of time and money.  


Shipping & Logistics 

When digital printers order from Testrite we have a sophisticated electronic order process that is easy to use and integrated so clients will receive electronic communication throughout each state of the order.  This includes order confirmation, invoice and shipping notifications. 

Once the order ships, customers will be able to easily access tracking information. We offer digital printer clients the option to use their own UPS or FedEx account number if that is their preference.
