FILES: Ensure all files are properly named and updated in all layouts and file names have the correct file extension name (ie: .eps / .tif / .ai / ...etc.).
BLEEDS: For large format printing, please provide a 1/2" bleed minimum around all layouts as well as accurate crop marks for trimming.
PROOFS: Provide an accurate updated hardcopy proof for each layout. For FTP uploads include a PDF proof for each layout.
COLOR: Please provide us with PMS PANTONE color numbers for logos, backgrounds, or other elements that you would like matched.
LOGOS: Supply all logos and illustrated graphics in VECTOR format whenever possible. If possible convert fonts to outlines.
FONTS: Includes all fonts used in your layout (Screen and Printer). prefer fonts converted to outlines.
PHOTOSHOP: All files should be final size at minimum 100 dpi resolution, leave files in layers when possible.
ILLUSTRATOR: Please Link files as opposed to embedding them and convert type to outlines, save in Illustrator .ai format.
INDESIGN: After file creation, Package your files which will collect fonts and links. Files must be min. 100 dpi resolution at full size.
QUARK: The maximum output size in Quark is 400% of file creation size and linked files must be at least 100 dpi resolution at full size.
