Over 96% of what we offer is made in the U.S. All the aluminum, steel, tubing and castings, are made in the U.S. Some components such as travel bags, plastic parts & rivets are imported.

Shipping:
Via UPS and truck, freight collect. Standard catalog products normally ship in 2-3 days in small quantities, 7-17 days for large quantities. Custom product leadtimes vary. Drop & blind shipping available.

Custom Products:
Quotations for "Specials" are offered very quickly and are encouraged. Leadtimes are typically underpromised and overdelivered. Testrite® wants to help you meet your clients' requirements.

Samples are available and can be quoted on request.
Prices:
Recommended "List" prices are established for all catalog items and deep reseller discounts are available. Prices are subject to change &/or typographical error.
Product Specifications:
Subject to change due to our continuous improvement program and material or commodity shortages.
Returns:
For standard catalog items only. A 25% restocking fee plus freight must be paid in both directions. Please call our customer service for a written return authorization. No returns will be accepted without such authorization.
Damages & Shortages:
Please report these within 48 hours. Note all problems on parcel manifest or Bill of lading when signing.
Warranty:
The materials used in our products are warranted against defect in manufacture for 90 days after purchase date. If any part becomes defective within the 90 day period, please call our customer service for a written return authorization. No returns will be accepted without such authorization.
